Photoluminescent properties in quantum-sized structures Cd0,83Zn0.17Te/ZnTe/GaAs of GaAs and AlXGa1-XAs
    (Genius Journals, 2026-01-10) Sharibaev M; Sayitova S; Najepova S
The change in optical characteristics was determined with the influence of electron and X-ray irradiation in the buffer layers of quantum-sized structures Cd0,83Zn0.17Te/ZnTe/GaAs. Changes in the maxima, bands corresponding to 500 nm and 560-580 nm, associated with transitions on DA pairs, as well as bands I1=2.48 eV (500 nm) and I2=2.21 eV (550 nm) were determined. The I2 band is attributed to a transition associated with intrinsic defects in the ES.

The influence of ytterbium on the optical properties of epitaxial films of GaAs and AlXGa1-XAs
    (Genius Journals, 2026-01-10) Sharibaev M; Sayitova S; Atakhanova L
The emission characteristics of epitaxial layers of GaAs and AlXGa1-XAs with the addition of the rare earth element Yb were determined using the photoluminescence method. In the exciton regions of AlXGa1-XAs epitaxial films, new photoluminescence maximum lines were determined for the doped ytterbium atoms. The influence of the ytterbium atom concentration on the change in the photoluminescence characteristics of GaAs and AlXGa1-XAs epitaxial films has been determined.

“Philosophical Expression Through Language in Postmodern English Literature”
(Zien Journals, 2026-01-10) Kuklanova Feruza Umidovna; Abdullayev Ibadulla Abdullayevich
It argues that key postmodern features—skepticism toward metanarratives, intertextual play, metafictional architecture, semantic indeterminacy, and shifts across discourses—are primarily enacted at the level of language. The theoretical framework draws on accounts of linguistic self-reference, differential meaning, the redefinition of the author–text relation, and the reader’s role in meaning production. Using a typological analysis of selected postmodern English novels and narrative strategies, the study demonstrates that language in postmodern texts is not a transparent medium reflecting “reality” but a productive mechanism that stages philosophical problems: plurality of truth, fragmented identity, the constructed nature of time and memory, and the limits of knowledge

The Application Of Pragmatic Literary Theory In Contemporary Practice
    (Zien Journals, 2026-01-09) Eshqobilov Abdivali
The article examines pragmatic literary theory as a new phenomenon emerging in opposition to traditional literary studies. It identifies the factors that have contributed to the emergence of this theory, outlines its analytical “instruments,” core principles, and practical approaches to the analysis of literary works, and also considers the views of several critics of the new theoretical paradigm

ON THE ISSUE OF ENSURING A BALANCE BETWEEN THE QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF PARLIAMENT AND THE QUALITY OF REPRESENTATION
(Scholar Express Journals, 2026-01-08) Sufiyeva Dilafruz Ulugbekovna
The article examines the structural and functional characteristics of unicameral and bicameral parliaments, as well as analyses the representative nature of parliamentary activity. Special attention is given to the role of a member of parliament as a key actor of representative authority, which is of particular importance for post-Soviet states characterized by low levels of public trust in state institutions. Based on international comparative statistics, the ratio between population size and the number of parliamentarians is assessed, the causes of parliamentary overload are identified, and factors influencing the quality of representation are examined. The article discusses arguments in favor of increasing the number of seats in the lower chamber of the Parliament of Uzbekistan, including demographic trends, the need to strengthen the system of checks and balances, improving the efficiency of lawmaking, enhancing work within electoral districts, and expanding the participation of vulnerable population groups. Special attention is paid to international standards on seat reservation and the specifics of their application. The study concludes that a gradual expansion of parliamentary size and optimization of its structure is advisable in the long term to improve the quality of representation and the effectiveness of parliamentary governance.
