Climate changes and hot weather conditions are becoming one of the most pressing problems in the field of public health worldwide. In particular, in subtropical regions such as Uzbekistan, an increase in summer temperatures has a negative impact on the health of professional groups working outdoors. From this point of view, road patrol service (RPS) employees belong to a high professional risk group, since they are constantly exposed to climatic factors. In the course of their work, they regularly encounter a sharp increase in temperature, high solar radiation, vehicle exhaust, dust and noise.
