The article presents a clinical case of treatment of a newborn with chylothorax at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Minimally Invasive and Endovisual Surgery of Children.During the treatment period, in addition to pleural punctures, the hormone octretide was applied and a positive effect was obtained.
