Abstract

Today, the process of transition from a strong state to a strong civil society, the formation of a legal-democratic society is improving in our country. To do this, the necessary legal framework was created, the relevant laws corresponding to the mentality of our people, national and historical values were developed on the basis of world best practices. At the same time, the legal knowledge and literacy and culture of our compatriots are growing. It is known from history that a people who knew their rights well were in the front lines of development at all times. In this sense, the world recognizes that our country, which is protected by human interests, Rights, provides ample opportunities for citizens to live and work freely, is growing day by day.
