dc.description.abstractThis article covers the issues of the peculiarities of using information technology and the application of the TIMSS and PISA programs in teaching mathematics in elementary grades. Development of mathematical literacy of primary school students and improvement of the content of mathematical education by using innovative pedagogical technologies. The tables of the results of the effectiveness of the stages of detection, research and training of experimental work in schools are given.
