dc.description.abstract	The article is devoted to the consideration of significance of the tax for the use of water resources in raising the efficiency of the use of water resources. In addition, the most essential and demanding problems of the water management complex of Uzbekistan have been investigated and final conclusions have been developed in reliance upon the results of the research.
