Alliteration as the Basic Means in Forming Parallel Strings

Abstract

Currently, the literature of the Turkic-speaking people and the history of the formation of this literature is undoubtedly related to the ancient Turkic inscriptions of Bilga Kagan, Kul Tigin, Tonyukuk.
