SEMEN BANKING AND THE LEGAL RULINGS RESULTING FROM IT

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and all his companions. This research is organized into an introduction, two sections, and demands as follows: Introduction: In it, I mentioned the breadth of Islamic law and its ability to include rules capable of absorbing what is being developed, including the issue of the sperm bank and the legal provisions related to it. The first topic: defining the sperm bank, its origin, and the benefits of its establishment, and it contains three demands. The first requirement: Definition of sperm banks, the second requirement: The idea of the emergence of sperm banks and the history of their emergence and operation, and the third requirement: The benefits of establishing sperm banks. The second section: The legal rulings resulting from the establishment of a semen bank, and it contains three requirements The first requirement: The ruling on establishing a sperm bank and the position of contemporary jurists on it. The second requirement: The ruling on selling semen to sperm banks. The third requirement: The ruling on depositing it in sperm banks according to the requirements of need and the issues arising from it, and the conclusion for the most important results, recommendations, sources and references.
