This article presents the results of surgical treatment of 367 patients with acute destructive pancreatitis, who were treated in the Department of Emergency Abdominal Surgery of the Fergana branch of the Russian National Center for Medical Rehabilitation in the period from 2016 to 2021. A differential approach to the choice of surgical interventions in severe forms of acute pancreatitis has been developed
