This article explores the relationship between an individual's social adaptation and their level of stress resistance. Social adaptation refers to the ability of a person to integrate into society, build relationships, and function effectively in various social contexts. Stress resistance, on the other hand, indicates a person's ability to withstand psychological pressure and maintain emotional balance in challenging situations. Through a review of existing psychological theories and empirical studies, the paper analyzes how strong social adaptation skills contribute to higher levels of resilience against stress. The article concludes that individuals with well-developed adaptive skills are generally more capable of coping with life’s stressors, due to their improved interpersonal communication, emotional regulation, and support systems.
