In Uzbekistan, mortgage lending has witnessed significant reforms, aimed at expanding financial accessibility and promoting economic growth. This paper examines the current practice of mortgage lending in commercial banks, analyzing the regulatory framework, financial mechanisms, and challenges associated with mortgage loans.
