The article examines the structure of the subject of legal relations in the field of property confiscation and the legal issues arising during the implementation of procedural activities on confiscation of the property of the suspect, the accused or the person, who is legally responsible for their actions, as well as the suspect, the accused or other person who are not legally responsible for their actions. The author's opinions on relations are stated clearly. Also, proposals and recommendations are given to fill existing gaps in the criminal procedural legislation.
