dc.description.abstractThis article discusses one of the most common psychological conditions in human life - stress and its impact on the human body. It discusses the main causes of stress, its stages, and effective methods for reducing and managing it. The article analyzes the importance of psychological approaches to stress management, a healthy lifestyle, positive thinking, and relaxation. It also shows the role of self-awareness and self-management skills in maintaining a person's mental stability based on scientific sources on the topic. The purpose of this work is to provide a deeper explanation of the state of stress and show practical ways to overcome it.
