It discusses the main causes of stress, its stages, and effective methods for reducing and managing it. The article analyzes the importance of psychological approaches to stress management, a healthy lifestyle, positive thinking, and relaxation. It also shows the role of self-awareness and self-management skills in maintaining a person's mental stability based on scientific sources on the topic. The purpose of this work is to provide a deeper explanation of the state of stress and show practical ways to overcome it. | |
