dc.description.abstractUshbu maqolada qisqa masofa yugurish texnikasini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Qisqa masofa yugurish zamonaviy yengil atletikaning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lib, unda sportchi jismoniy, texnik va ruhiy tayyorgarlikni uyg‘unlashtirgan holda yuqori natijalarga erishadi. Maqolada start va startdan chiqish, yugurish bosqichlari, qo‘l-oyoq harakatlarining muvofiqligi, tezlikni oshirish va uni barqaror saqlash omillari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, texnikani mukammallashtirishda maxsus mashqlar, innovatsion usullar va zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanishning ahamiyati ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan.
