Abstract

The main idea of the article is focused on the urgent issues of developing professional motivation among students of secondaryspecialized educational institutions. The importance of motives and sources of learning activity motivation in the formation of professional motivation is scientifically substantiated. The significance of taking into account students’ individual characteristics, as well as the influence of the external environment and social factors in shaping professional motivation, is justified.
