dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the significance of criminological forecasting in combating crime, advanced international practices, and the possibilities of their application within the legal system of Uzbekistan. The experiences of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Russia in predicting criminal activity have been examined, with particular emphasis placed on data analysis, the use of artificial intelligence, preventive risk assessment, community cooperation, and technological surveillance mechanisms.
