dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the level of provision of certain vitamins — A, B group, C, and D — essential for the development of primary school students, the consequences of their deficiencies, and ways to improve vitamin intake. The study examined students’ eating habits, the composition and nutritional value of the consumed foods. The results show that balanced nutrition plays a decisive role in the health of school-aged children.
