The authority of the administration to amend the administrative decision unilaterally is one of the most important aspects that distinguish the administration from other private contracts. The authority of the administration to amend the administrative contract unilaterally derives its legal basis as a public authority enjoying privileges not available to the contracting party, with the aim of achieving the organization and steady functioning of public facilities. To reach the goal for which the administrative contract was concluded, which is to satisfy the general needs of the people and achieve the public interest, The administration has the right to amend the administrative contract pursuant to an administrative decision issued by it, which is subject to the general rules established for decisions, The administrative judiciary, which can be appealed by cancellation, is a decision related to the stage of implementing the contract. The administrative judiciary has jurisdiction in Egyptian legislation. Rather, the contract judge has the right to appeal it, meaning that it is appealed to the full judiciary, and not to the annulment judiciary.
