dc.description.abstract	This article describes the activities of the Turkestan District Railway Tribunal, which was established by the Soviet authorities under extreme conditions, on the basis of a wide range of archival documents. Also, the article provides information about the reasons for the rise in crime, unemployment and antigovernment activities among railway workers.
