dc.description.abstract	This article discusses the role of Islamic finance in the world financial system, the main concepts of Islamic finance and their application in Uzbekistan, and the work being carried out to develop Islamic finance in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the basic principles of Islamic finance, its application in international practice, as well as the opportunities for the development of this area in the economic system of Uzbekistan. Attention is paid to the prospects and problems of Uzbekistan in the development of Islamic finance, and also makes proposals for the effective development of the Islamic finance system in the country.
