dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the current state of training of public administration personnel in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the administrative and organizational-legal reforms implemented in recent years. In addition, the experience of Singapore, which has a leading position in the world in the training of public administration personnel, was studied, and suggestions and recommendations aimed at improving the system of training, retraining and improving qualification of personnel in the country were developed.
