dc.description.abstract	The research aimed to identify the level of human capital in Iraqi private commercial banks. The research sample consisted of (352) individuals representing Iraqi private commercial banks. For data collection, the researchers prepared a special questionnaire to objectively assess human capital in Iraqi private commercial banks.
