dc.description.abstractEmployee voice—whether through suggesting improvements (promotive) or raising concerns (prohibitive)—plays an important role in supporting sustainable management. As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes more common in workplaces, it is changing how employees share their opinions and how organizations respond. This review, guided by Stakeholder Theory and Social Exchange Theory, explores how AI and employee voice work together to create more ethical, fair, and responsible workplaces. The discussion also highlights the specific challenges and opportunities in encouraging employee voice for sustainability in the context of Uzbekistan, where digital transformation and workplace culture are still developing.
