dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to ways to further improve the physical education of female students, examines the attitudes of female students to exercise and favorite sports, and shows that physical education is a social need of female students. The role of physical education in the healthy lifestyle and physical culture of students is also analyzed in terms of various pedagogical and psychological conditions, and they are emphasized as a means of shaping the physical culture of an individual.
