Article presents the results of traditional and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical methods for the treatment of intraperitoneal bladder ruptures. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the methods are analyzed. It has been established that laparoscopy is accompanied by fewer surgical complications, a more favorable safety profile, and better immediate and long-term results. When using this method, the time of hospital stay is reduced by almost 2 times.
