dc.description.abstractThis study explores the role of reflective teaching methods in enhancing the professional development of English language teachers. Reflective practice is viewed as a systematic approach to improving pedagogical skills through self-evaluation, analysis of teaching experiences, and continuous adaptation. The research investigates how reflective strategies such as journaling, peer observation, and self-assessment contribute to teachers’ professional growth. Findings indicate that reflective teaching fosters deeper awareness of teaching practices, increases motivation, and strengthens teachers’ ability to adapt to diverse classroom contexts. The study highlights the importance of integrating reflection-based activities into teacher education and professional development programs.
