dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the family-law teachings of the sacred book «Avesta», in which examples of family relations, related relationships, civilsocial life are given. «Avesta» has great historical and cultural significance. As a sacred text of Zoroastrianism, it not only contains religious teachings, but also reflects many aspects of life and social relations, including legal and property issues.
