This article analyzes the histological structure, cell types, functions, and interactions of endocrine glands – the thyroid gland, pituitary gland, and adrenal glands – which perform essential roles in the human body. Histological analysis allows for the study of the microscopic composition of these glands, their cell types, the hormones they synthesize, and the mechanisms of their interactions. In addition, scientifically-based information is provided on gland pathology and their functional changes. This article can serve as a theoretical and practical resource for research in medicine and biology
