This scientific article presents the results of a novel scientific approach to strengthening reinforced concrete compression members using basalt fiber materials. The paper demonstrates methods for strengthening reinforced concrete column elements with basalt fiber materials. Compared to other fiber-reinforced polymer materials, basalt fiber materials are more cost-effective, have a higher tensile strength limit, and exhibit greater durability.
