dc.description.abstractUshbu maqolada sportchi ish qobiliyatini oshirishda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlaridan foydalanish tamoyillari haqida ma’lumotlar berilgan. Sport amaliyotida 6000-7000 kkalgacha energiya va plastik resurslarning tiklanish tezligini odatdagi oziq-ovqat yordamida qoplash mumkin emas. Sportchilarning vitaminlar va minerallarga bo‘lgan ehtiyojlari ham har doim an’anaviy ovqatlanish bilan qoplanmaydi. Shunig uchun ham sportchilar ratsionida YuBQM (yuqori biologik qiymatli mahsulotlar) dan foydalanish mumkin va maqsadga muvofiqdir.
