dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to investigate the muscular strength, specifically explosive power and speed strength, and its influence on the skill performance of the half lap handstand on the parallel device for men. This was achieved by designing a training program that targeted muscle strength development based on the specific movement patterns involved in the skill. The research community comprised the Misan Junior Gymnastics Team, consisting of six players, who participated in the finals organized by the Central Federation of Gymnastics
