The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of diversifying economic sectors through the IPO (Initial Public Offering) mechanism. The possibilities of balancing the economic structure through the development of the capital market, mass corporatization of enterprises, and the wide attraction of investment resources are substantiated. The role of the IPO process in increasing investment activity, supporting innovative sectors, and ensuring economic stability will also be revealed. The study highlights the experience of emerging markets and priorities for accelerating structural changes through IPOs, using the example of the Uzbek economy.
