dc.description.abstractThis article examines the contemporary landscape of teaching synonymy in mother tongues to elementary school students. Synonyms play an important role in enriching vocabulary, increasing language knowledge and developing effective communication. The article examines the methods and approaches used by teachers, the challenges they face, and the impact of technology on teaching synonymy. In addition, it discusses the importance of early synonymy instruction in the development of language skills in young learners and suggests potential strategies for improvement.
