IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROSPEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

From time immemorial, the neighborhood has been a place where national values, traditions and customs are formed and formed. It is home to many exemplary national and religious values, such as harmony and solidarity, respect for the elderly, respect for the young, and kindness to the needy. Older people know that the neighborhood had a huge impact on everyone, no matter who they were or what position they held. With the neighborhood, it was impossible not to count on the traditions formed in it. In other words, the neighborhood was guided by tradition and prepared the ground for them to act within certain limits. On the one hand, this was of great positive significance, as it ensured that the behavior of the population, especially young people, was always under the control of the neighbors, did not go beyond the bounds of etiquette in relations, and was shoulder to shoulder in everything. This article discusses the changes that have taken place in recent years and in the future, in particular the implementation of the Prosperous Neighborhood Program and rural development.
