THE SYSTEM OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF FUTURE EDUCATORS THROUGH PERSONCENTERED EDUCATION

Abstract

The school today requires teachers with creative potential, flexible, proactive, therefore, the priority task of modern education is to prepare a specialist who has a certain store of knowledge, skills and abilities, striving for a creative search, able to think outside the box and work creatively. In this regard, the problem of training pedagogical personnel through the formation of their creative pedagogical activities. And this, in turn, prompts the need for a deeper study of the conditions under which it is possible to acquire this, the development of ways of forming creative pedagogical activity among students of a pedagogical college.
