dc.description.abstract	The processes associated with attracting foreign investment in the national economy and improving the ways of their effective use are studied. Existing shortcomings were identified in terms of ways to attract and effectively use foreign investment. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations for improving the system of attracting foreign investment in the national economy are formulated.
