dc.description.abstractKo‘p o‘lchovli matematik modellar qurilmani ishlab chiqish bosqichida, ularning tuzilmalarini optimallashtirish, yarimo‘tkazgich materialini tanlashda foydalinish mumkin. Zamonaviy mikroelektronikaning yarimo‘tkazgichli qurilmalarni taxlil qilishdagi muvaffaqiyatlarida matematik modellashtirish ayniqsa dolzarb hisoblanadi.Yarimo‘tkazgich texnologiyasi, qurilmalarini ishlab chiqish va optimallashtirishda modellashtirish - amaliy xususiyatga ega bo‘lgan dasturiy ta’minotdir. Ma’lumki yarimo‘tkazgichli qurilmalarning loyihalashda avtomatlashtirishda matematik modellashtirish asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
