dc.description.abstractThis research addresses contemporary issues in light of Islamic jurisprudence by exploring the general principles of Islamic law that ensure flexibility and comprehensiveness in addressing modern challenges. The study emphasizes the role of collective ijtihad in providing legitimate solutions that consider the developments in economic, social, cultural, and technological aspects of life. It also discusses the methodology of Islamic jurisprudence in dealing with new cases, highlighting the importance of combining religious knowledge with an understanding of reality to achieve the objectives of Shariah in ensuring justice and public interest. The research underlines the importance of employing Islamic jurisprudence in a renewed manner to align with modern requirements without compromising the essence of Shariah.
