The results of a study assessing the effectiveness of the use of α1-blockers in the complex treatment of ureteral calculi are presented. A comparative prospective single-center study was conducted, which included 118 patients with single diagnosed stones in various parts of the ureter. After pain relief, all patients underwent conservative therapy aimed at spontaneous passage of stones. The maximum duration of conservative treatment was 30 days. All patients underwent weekly ultrasound monitoring.
