dc.description.abstractIn this section, the role of the processing industry in ensuring food safety in Uzbekistan is explained in detail. In particular, the dynamics of the volume of agricultural and livestock products grown in the country and their trend of change, the volume and growth rates of industrial products by types of economic activity, and the composition of food industry products were analyzed based on statistical methods. Also, the interaction of these indicators was quantitatively evaluated based on econometric models, and ways of further development of the network were proposed.
