This article is dedicated to analyzing the process of implementing the electronic criminal case into the criminal procedure of Uzbekistan, its prospects, and the challenges that arise. It examines the main objectives and expected benefits of transitioning to a digital system for processing criminal cases, including accelerating the case review process, enhancing the transparency of judicial proceedings, and improving information accessibility for process participants.
