dc.description.abstract	Turkmenistan is a full member of the world community in the transport sector. It participates in a number of international conventions and agreements and adheres to international obligations arising from generally accepted norms of important documents. This article reflects on the economy of the state of Turkmenistan and the state of the transport system during the years of independence.
