dc.description.abstractThis article discusses important aspects of the research conducted by specialists, scientists and political scientists in Japanese research centers for the study of the Central Asian region. It examines the foundatitons of the formation of Japan's foreign policy in the region on the basis of historicity, systematic methods and scientific data. Opinions are also given on the importance of creating and implementing the concept of the Silk Road. They illustrate that Japan's economic investment and infrastructure improvements in the region under the official development assistance program, a positive image of the Japanese has been formed in the region.
