dc.description.abstract	This article focuses on the development and implementation of the legal framework for the protection of women's rights in New Uzbekistan, the role of women and men in the implementation of gender education in society and the family. The issues of enhancing the role of women in public life, financial support, prevention of their hard work and employment were also disclosed and discussed.
