dc.description.abstractThis article analyzes the role of digital technologies in improving the banking services market. It highlights the opportunities for improving the quality of banking services, creating convenience in servicing customers, and ensuring the competitiveness of the banking system through the introduction of modern digital solutions. During the study, real examples of the introduction of digital technologies in the banking sector of Uzbekistan were given, and foreign experience was analyzed. Also, suggestions and recommendations were made for the further development of this sector in the future.
