Key theoretical models (conditions of engagement, the Job model) are considered. Demands - Resources theory, self-determination theory), practical methods (job design, job crafting, psychological safety, goal-setting, feedback, and recovery), as well as principles for implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
