Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-philosophical aspects of the necessity of formation of civil responsibility in the process of construction of a new Uzbekistan, as well as the duty of young people before society. Attention is also paid to the issue of factors affecting the formation of duties and responsibilities of citizens of our country.
