Abstract

This study investigates the real-world impact of ISO 9001:2015 implementation on operational performance across certified organizations. With a shift from documentation-heavy processes to a risk-based, process-oriented approach, ISO 9001:2015 introduces critical concepts such as organizational context, leadership engagement, and external provider management. Using a quantitative survey-based methodology, the research evaluates how key ISO components influence internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and comparative market performance.
