This article describes the influence of environmental factors on the growth and development of fish, the literature on the physical and chemical properties of water. Low water temperatures have a negative effect on fish, leading to narrowing of peripheral blood vessels, decreased respiration, loss of metabolism, glycolysis, and the subsequent development of autolysis and the gradual death of fish. Changes in water temperature not only affect fish, but also increase the development of various parasites and diseases.
