Abstract

This article explores the various pedagogical approaches used in training specialists, particularly within the context of higher military education. Emphasizing the growing demand for qualified, adaptive, and strategically competent personnel, the paper investigates how modern educational theories and teaching strategies contribute to the formation of professional competencies.
